- In addition to the bidding, the buyers will pay, per lot, the following fees and taxes: 24,90 % HT (29,88 % TTC).

- Lots purchased on DROUOT LIVE will be increased by 1.5% VAT excluded of the price awarded on Live.

- Lots purchased on INTERENCHERES will be increased by 3% HT of the price awarded on the Live.

- The successful bidder, principal or agent, will be the highest and last bidder, and will be obliged to submit his name and address, identity document and bank details.

- No complaint will be admissible as soon as the auction is pronounced, the successive exhibitions having allowed the buyers to note the state of the objects presented.

- In accordance with the law, SVV FARRANDO and the experts are responsible for the information contained in the catalogue, taking into account the corrections made at the time of presentation of the object and recorded in the sale report.

- No lot will be given to the buyers before payment of the totality of the sums due. - In case of payment by cheque, the withdrawal of the objects will be deferred until the cheque is cashed. Cheques drawn on a foreign bank will only be authorised after prior agreement from SVV FARRANDO. For this reason, buyers are advised to send us, before the sale, a letter of credit from their bank for the estimated amount of their purchases.

- All bidders are deemed to act on their own behalf unless they have previously denounced their capacity as agent on behalf of a third party, accepted by SVV FARRANDO, and assume full responsibility by acting on behalf of a third party.
