VITRUVE. Architecture, ou Art de bien bastir. A Cologny. by Jean de Tournes. 1618. 1 volume in-4, 19th century vellum, smooth spine with date in ink and red title. First complete French translation, by Jean Martin. Wood-engraved illustration: hors texte, two stamped compositions on the front and back of a fold-out leaf (sky map and sphere). (sky map and armillary sphere); in the text, a title frame, a portrait and about approximately 80 subjects. A good copy. Some brown spots.
