# Blackened wood inlaid Boulle-style secretary opening with four drawers and a flap, white marble top, gilt bronze ornamentation. Napoleon III period, 19th century. H: 134.5 cm - W: 69.5 cm - D: 37.5 cm. (Keys missing, missing and raised). Specimen made from parts and fragments of tinted horn of domestic bovids, imitating sea turtle shell, of the species known as "boeuf domestique" [ bos toarus domesticus]. Species not regulated under the Washington Convention (CITES) and EC regulation 338/97 of 9/12/1996 and the French Environment Code.
