THE HOLY HAMES HOTEL, A HISTORICAL PLACE
In 1985, the neo-classical building was renovated by Serge Marcel, chief architect of the Civil Buildings and National Palaces, who was also responsible for the residences of the President of the Republic.
In 1986, Peter de Savary, a businessman, buys the mansion and transforms it into a hotel. For the decoration, he calls upon Andrée Putman who will be able to combine her own creations with a classic English style. This furniture will be completed in the course of time by Philippe Hurel.
